I push myself to the limit with each workout. I want everyone to see that I am human too and I struggle just as much through the workouts as they do. I want to motivate everyone with my own personal determination and show that everyone is capable of getting awesome results with my workouts.
All you have to do is strap on a pair of sneakers and give your training all you’ve got, pushing yourself to work harder and faster every day. Nutrition and diet is equally as important as training. I like to keep my cooking and recipes easy and nutritious.
